Pacific Seltzer Plans Initial Stock Offering

Pacific Seltzer & Soda Works Inc., a Hayward, Calif., bottler of nonalcoholic beverages, plans to sell up to 2 million common share units in an initial public offering.
Each unit will include one common share, one Class A and one Class B warrant, with each warrant allowing the holder to buy one common share, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The units will sell for 50 cents each.
