Bo Diddley and Willie Dixon, two giants in the Chicago rhythm-and-blues scene of the ‘50s, will be inducted into the Sunset Boulevard Rock Walk on April 27, with Mayor Bradley proclaiming it “Rock ‘n’ Roll Roots Day.” The induction at the Rock Walk at 7425 Sunset Blvd. will begin at 10:30 a.m., with blues singer Maggie Mayall as emcee.
