SDC Development, Newport Beach, said it is expanding its business in Ontario by purchasing 28 acres from Santa Fe Pacific Realty for $5.75 million.
SDC bought the remaining lots in Pacific Gate, a business park at the intersection of the San Bernardino, Pomona and Devore freeways.
The developer said it plans to build 13 buildings in two phases.
