Randy White, Dallas Cowboys All-Pro defensive tackle, announced his retirement from football because of a lingering neck injury that limited his playing time the past two seasons.
“I’ve been thinking about it for a couple of weeks, and I just don’t think I can still play at the level I’d like to,” White said.
White, 36, the Cowboys’ No. 1 pick in the 1975 draft, made the Pro Bowl nine times during his 14-year career.
