And as the pro basketball season winds down, the Lakers go up against two lowly foes.
Tonight they take on the Clippers, their cross-town rivals, in the Sports Arena at 7:30 p.m. on Channel 9.
On Sunday, the world champions will host the Miami Heat at 7:30 p.m. on Prime Ticket.
Viewers with a preference for auto racing should know that KABC-TV Channel 7 will not carry the Long Beach Grand Prix until April 29. However, the race can be seen Sunday at 3 p.m. on Channels 3, 10 and 42, the ABC network’s other Southern California affiliates.
