NWA Suitor in Court: NWA Inc. stepped up its legal attack against its unwanted suitor, Los Angeles oilman Marvin Davis. The parent of Northwest Airlines, in an amended complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Minneapolis, charged Davis with illegally soliciting proxies. Davis, who is trying to unseat NWA’s board, called the charge “baseless” and “nothing more than a harassment tactic.”
