Work to Interrupt Traffic on Freeway

All northbound and southbound lanes of the Hollywood Freeway at the four-level interchange in downtown Los Angeles will be closed from midnight tonight until 9 a.m. Sunday for pavement reconstruction, the state Department of Transportation announced.
Caltrans warns of “extremely heavy congestion” while workers complete the job throughout the early hours Sunday. Motorists will be detoured around the project with posted signs.
The repair work is part of a $6-million road project that will cover 12 miles.
