In its continuing effort to make residents of Glendale more conscious and prideful of the community’s rich history, the Glendale Historical Society has published a map of historic sites in Glendale.
The map locates 41 sites in the Glendale area as well as providing a brief history of the community. It was published with the aid of the Glendale Federal Bank and is available by mail for $3 (write to P.O. Box 4173, Glendale, Calif. 91202) or for $2 at the landmark Doctor’s House, in Brand Park, from 2 to 4 p.m. every Sunday.
