Commercial Scene : Home Depot Leases Store Site in Thousand Oaks

Home Depot, a home-improvement retailer, has acquired the leasehold rights to a 144,500-square-foot building on 10.9 acres in Thousand Oaks for conversion to a major store.
Daum Commercial Industrial Real Estate, which negotiated the transaction, estimated its aggregate value at $13.3 million. Home Depot anticipates a fall occupancy of the property at 500 N. Ventu Park Road.
