John B. Fallon has been named vice president-international activities at Rockwell International Corp., El Segundo effective May 1. He succeeds the 65-year-old Thomas A. Campobasso, who will retire after 32 years with the company. Fallon will work with Campobasso over the next several months to ensure a smooth transition. Fallon previously was president of Allied Signal International.
