The University of Georgia is sending the National Collegiate Athletic Assn. a report it says will clear basketball Coach Hugh Durham of any link to secret payments by a sports agent to Dominique Wilkins while the star player was at Georgia.
Wilkins testified in 1985 in a civil case that Durham was aware of the relationship, according to a report in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Durham denied knowing about the transaction, and Wilkins later said that Durham had no knowledge of it.
