SDNB Financial Corp., the parent company of San Diego National Bank, reported that net income for the first quarter ended March 31 rose by 21% to $216,000, up from $178,000 a year earlier. Total assets rose by 9% to $160.3 million, up from $146.4 million.
San Diego National Bank reported that net income rose by 29% to $362,000 for the quarter, up from $281,000. Deposits rose by 6% to $124.3 million, up from $11 million. Loans rose by 7% to $84.8 million, up from $79.1 million. Assets for the seven-year-old bank rose by 11% to $145.5 million, up from $130.6 million.
