Roy H. Ekrom, president of Allied-Signal Aerospace Co. in Torrance, will succeed Robert L. Kirk as chief executive on July 1. Kirk, who has served as aerospace company CEO since its formation in 1986, plans to leave to pursue other business interests. Ekrom, who will retain the title of aerospace company president, will report to Alan Belzer, president and COO of Allied-Signal Inc., Morris Township, N.J.
