SDC Development of Newport Beach sold the Vintage Distribution Center in Ontario for $10.5 million.
The buyer was Prudential Realty Group, the real estate investment arm of the Prudential insurance company, which has been buying a lot of industrial buildings in Southern California recently.
The single-story warehouse is occupied by L.A. Gear’s shoe division. It was built just last year.
