MOSCOW — Two people were killed and two others were injured in an explosion in the electroplating shop of a watch-making factory in Moscow, Tass said Saturday. The news agency blamed the explosion, which occurred Friday morning, on neglect of safety rules during the maintenance of electrical fittings.
