Prairie Park, a 13,011-square-foot shopping center at 901 S. Prairie Ave., Inglewood, has been sold for $2,345,000.
BDS Enterprise sold the property to Young I. Kim. The seller was represented by Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. The buyer was represented by Fred Sands Realtors.
