Rancho California Home Sales Tally $92 Million in ’88

Four Rancho California residential builders, members of a marketing association, have sold 607 homes valued at about $92 million during 1988, according to a spokesman for the group.
The members include Costain Homes Inc., Mesa Homes, Warmington Homes and Woodcrest Development.
The homes sold represent a 93% sales record for the group. The price of homes averaged just over $151,000.
