IN BRIEF : Shea Stadium Jump Kills Woman

NEW YORK — A woman jumped to her death this morning from a foul pole at Shea Stadium, police said. The unidentified woman, 30 to 40 years old and wearing only a flannel shirt, climbed the right field pole about 9 a.m. Two stadium employees saw her leap, police said. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
