Columbia Pictures Television has a 13-episode order from ABC for a new comedy series, “Sal Man,” starring Andrew Dice Clay. Ed. Weinberger is to be executive producer and Ginda Wendkos the writer for the planned mid-season entry. Also at Columbia, Michael Learned has been set to star in “Living Dolls,” a spinoff from “Who’s the Boss?”
