John M. Larson has joined the Geneva Cos. as senior vice president of operations for Geneva Business Services. Previously, he was vice president in charge of sales and marketing for National Education Centers, a division of National Education Corp., and earlier, he was vice president of Bryman Schools. Irvine-based Geneva is a financial services organization.
