Bush Chooses Two for Education Dept. Posts

WASHINGTON — President Bush on Tuesday announced his selection of Robert Davila, an administrator at Gallaudet University for the hearing-impaired, as assistant secretary of the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services in the Education Department.
Bush also announced his selection of Nell Carney, assistant director for Virginia’s department for the visually handicapped, to be commissioner of the Rehabilitation Services Administration in the Education Department.
