Matt Williams, “Roseanne’s” creator and former executive producer, will be producing TV series for Walt Disney Television and Touchstone Television under a new exclusive agreement with Walt Disney Studios. He’ll also develop theatrical films for the studio. Williams was cut from the hit ABC series last January after Roseanne Barr threatened to walk off the show unless he was removed. Creative development and control were said to be the issues.
