As long as Israel depends on American aid, every American has the right to information. We also have the right and responsibility to express our opinions, without being branded anti-Semitic.
Fanaticism on both sides has intimidated most Americans into a position of embarrassed neglect. Twenty years of a “private dispute” between minorities has not solved the problem.
As Americans, we must reassure our friends, Jew and Arab, that we will commit ourselves to finding and acting on the truth.
