Clipper update--They have won four consecutive games, their longest winning streak since last January. They also have won their last three road games, their longest road streak since March 1992. Forward Loy Vaught had his 22nd double-double of the season in Tuesday night’s 87-80 victory at Toronto, getting 21 points and 14 rebounds. Vaught, who shot 37.6% in the first month of the season, has shot 51.5% and averaged 18.5 points and 13.3 rebounds in three games this month.
Bullet update--They have won two in a row, including a 115-113 overtime victory against the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday. The Bullets have won their last two games against the Clippers, the most recent a 102-93 victory Dec. 19 at the Sports Arena.
