Man Slain in Apparent Gang Attack

MISSION HILLS — An 18-year-old man was fatally wounded in what police say was a gang-related shooting.
Police found the body of Devin Garza in front of an apartment building on Laurel Canyon Boulevard near Maclay Street after a witness flagged down a patrol car about 2 a.m. Saturday, said Lt. Joe Garcia.
Garza, a resident of North Hills, had been shot once in the chest and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Minutes later, police saw a Chevrolet Blazer they believed to be involved in the shooting. They arrested four men in connection with the fatal shooting.
