Cedars-Sinai Acquires Greater Valley Medical

Cedars-Sinai Health System has finalized its acquisition of the Greater Valley Medical Group, which has offices in Ventura County.
The acquisition adds 50 physicians and more than 50,000 managed-care patients to Cedars-Sinai Health System and expands its geographical coverage area.
“Southern California residents will now have access to Cedars-Sinai primary care physicians located from the Mid-Wilshire district in Los Angeles to the coast in Ventura County,” said Tom Gordon, chief executive officer.
