Crocker DiMeo Purchases Office Building from Bank

Crocker DiMeo Pension Fund has purchased a 5,900-square-foot office building in Ventura for $310,000 in cash, according to officials of Crocker DiMeo Realty in Camarillo and Ventura.
Located at 2323 Portola Road, the property was purchased directly from Frontier Bank and is fully leased.
Crocker DiMeo Realty was founded in 1994 by partners Michael K. Crocker and Michael C. DiMeo, who previously worked as commercial real estate brokers with separate companies. The company specializes in relocating businesses, site selection and property management.
Crocker and DiMeo own the pension fund.
