Quakes Hit Parts of 2 Counties

Two earthquakes measuring magnitudes 3.8 and 3.7 struck parts of San Diego and Imperial counties Monday morning, Caltech seismologists reported. There were no injuries or damage.
The 3.8 quake, at 3:29 a.m., was centered six miles northwest of Palomar Mountain in San Diego County. The 3.7, at 8:09 a.m., was centered three miles southwest of Salton City in Imperial County.
