Burgdorff Becomes an ERA Franchise

MISSION VIEJO — National Realty Trust, which owns and operates residential real estate offices nationwide under various franchise names, said it has completed its acquisition of New Jersey-based Burgdorff Realtors for an undisclosed amount.
Burgdorff, which has 31 offices and more than 600 sales associates, will become a franchised brokerage of ERA Franchise Systems Inc. Peter Burgdorff, former owner and president of Burgdorff Realtors, was appointed president and chief operating officer of ERA.
The National Realty real estate offices are operated as franchise brokerages of three subsidiaries of New Jersey-based HFS Inc.: Century 21, Coldwell Banker and ERA franchise.
