The Newport Beach developer of industrial waste treatment facilities in Mexico said it lost $1.1 million, or 4 cents a share, for the second quarter ended Nov. 30, compared with a net loss of $1 million, or 5 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue declined 9% to $3.2 million from $3.5 million. The first half net loss totaled $2.1 million, or 7 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $2.5 million, or 13 cents a share, for the first six months last year. Revenue was down 27% to $5.1 million from $7 million. The company also said it was changing its fiscal year, which will end Dec. 31.
