A freedom march from the park to the Oxnard Performing Arts Center begins at 8:15 a.m. Transportation from the arts center to the park will be provided after the march.

The keynote speaker for the 9 a.m. program at the arts center will be John Hill, director of the Office of Affirmative Action Compliance in Los Angeles. The program includes scripture readings, gospel music and youth speakers.
