Holiday Closings

Today is the observation of Martin Luther King Day. The following schedules will be observed:
* Federal, state, county and some city offices will be closed. However, city offices in Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Dana Point, Fountain Valley, Fullerton, Garden Grove, La Habra, La Palma, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, Newport Beach, Orange, San Juan Capistrano, Stanton, Tustin, Villa Park, Westminster and Yorba Linda will be open.
* Federal, state and county courthouses will be closed.
* City and county libraries will be closed.
* Banks and savings and loans will be closed.
* Schools: There will be no classes, and school offices--including those at colleges and universities--will be closed except for Chapman University, where no classes will be held but administrative offices will be open.
* Mail: There will be no delivery. All post offices will be closed, and mail deposited in mailboxes that day will be picked up according to the posted holiday schedule.
* Trash: Collections will proceed as regularly scheduled.
* Buses: Orange County Transportation Authority buses will run on regular schedule.
* Parks: All city- and county-run facilities will be open during regular hours.
