Hewlett-Packard Co., the No. 2 workstation maker, lost some market share last year in the $15-billion industry because of product transition problems, according to market research firm International Data Corp. in Massachusetts. Twenty-eight-year HP veteran Chris Christopher was named general manager of the workstation division. . . .
