SEASON AT A GLANCE: The Frontier League player of the year in basketball last season, Milburn averages 16.5 points, 8.5 rebounds and 6.9 assists for the defending league champion Musketeers. A longtime club soccer standout, Milburn is playing her first season at the high school level and has 10 goals. She has committed to play soccer at Pepperdine.
WEEK AT A GLANCE: Milburn was instrumental in three victories for two Musketeer teams. In a basketball victory over Santa Paula on Tuesday, Milburn had 22 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists and five steals. On Friday, she scored a goal in a 2-1 soccer victory over Calabasas before leaving at halftime for a basketball game against the Coyotes. She had 29 points, 14 rebounds and nine assists. “She’s aware of where everyone is on the court,” Calabasas girls’ basketball Coach Steve Spadaro said. “She grabs the rebound and sends the ball downcourt on a bead for the outlet pass.”
