Community Assn. Will Meet Tonight

The Capistrano Beach Community Assn.’s 1997 general meeting will be at 7 tonight at Faith Lutheran Church.
Items on the agenda include election of a new board, an update on the palm tree replacement program, public comments, and discussion of adding park sites in the community.
Association members will also discuss a proposal for a sewage plant in the area and water district consolidation.
Founded in 1948, the association represents about 7,000 residents in the Capistrano Beach area.
