Just as the cigar craze continues into 1997, so does the parade of stogie accessories. New is the Desk Top Vertical Humidor, a Lucite case that stores and shows off up to 25 cigars.

From Cigar Savor, the company that last year introduced the unusual tube that saves a partially smoked cigar for later use, the 10-inch-high humidor has a humidification system that’s built into the top of the case, unlike most traditional wooden humidors that have separate humidifying devices.

Greetings to All: Debuting this spring is Casio Phonemate’s Model TA-150, an all-digital answering machine that can talk up a storm.

Designed for the home office worker, the TA-150 offers the flexibility of six ways to program greetings to callers. Users can record three outgoing messages and use one or all three, and they can program the machine to deliver a business greeting during the day, a personal one at night.

For users who subscribe to a distinctive ring service, the TA-150 will play one greeting for calls with a standard ring and up to two greetings for calls with distinctive ring patterns.

TA-150 ($104.95) will be available at Good Guys, Office Depot, Circuit City and Sears.

A Good Mix: Parents using powdered formula for their babies will want to check out Umix’s Shake It Up Formula Feeding System, a two-chambered baby bottle that keeps formula and 8 ounces of water separate until you shake the bottle and mix the two.

Former aerospace engineer Jim Holley designed the reusable bottle to solve the problem parents have trying to keep mixed baby formula fresh.
