About 300 pounds worth of canned goods, pancake mix and margarine were delivered to the Southwest Community Center Friday by a local service organization.
The Santa Ana-based chapter of SERTOMA usually donates money to the Santa Ana community center and other Orange County organizations, said President-elect Hank Darlington. SERTOMA, the first letters of each word in the phrase “Service to Mankind,” has national headquarters in Kansas City, Mo.
