Deputies Enforcing Laurelwood Speed Limit

THOUSAND OAKS — In response to residents’ complaints, Ventura County sheriff’s deputies are strictly enforcing the 25-mph speed limit in the Laurelwood Drive area.
Authorities are concerned about the safety of children, who often play in the area.
Also, sheriff’s deputies are reminding residents that the new telephone number for the abandoned vehicle hotline is 371-8379.
