Bright Quarterly Report for Tivoli

SANTA ANA — Tivoli Industries Inc., a designer and manufacturer of specialty lighting and related products, reported that net income for the third fiscal quarter rose to a record $148,949, or 4 cents a share, from $15,035 for the like period last year. Revenue increased 75% to $2.8 million from $1.6 million. Net income for the nine-month period rose to $373,140, or 10 cents a share, from $92,885, or 2 cents a share, for the first three quarters of the prior fiscal year. Revenue was up 59% to $7.3 million from $4.6 million.
