Abducted Teen Found Safe; Man Arrested

A 16-year-old Garden Grove girl who had been abducted at gunpoint by her former boyfriend in mid-July was found unharmed and living with him in Sacramento, police said Tuesday.
Elias Valdovinos, 22, was arrested by Sacramento County sheriff’s deputies Monday after a tip connected him with a Sacramento address, Lt. Ed Tunstall said. Josefina Gonzalez was sent to the Sacramento Children’s Receiving Home, Tunstall said.
He is expected to return to Orange County for his arraignment, police said.
