Call Leads Anaheim Officers to Body in Alley

ANAHEIM — Officers found a dead man in an alley Thursday after a caller notified them of the body.
The body, which had no identification, was found about 10:45 a.m. in the west alley in the 700 block of North Sabina Street, police said. The cause of death was not apparent, and an investigation continues pending the results of an autopsy.
The man was white and 25 to 35 years old, police said.
