Donahue Schriber Gets Las Vegas Projects

Newport Beach-based Donahue Schriber, a real estate development and management firm, has entered the Las Vegas market with construction of three neighborhood shopping centers. The projects total 250,000 square feet and represent a $25-million investment.
Donahue Schriber has 8.5 million square feet of retail space in Western states. Another 2 million square feet of development is planned elsewhere in California and Las Vegas this year and next.
