Pacific Inspection Buys Santa Paula Lumber Site

Pacific Inspection has acquired the former Wisda Lumber facility in Santa Paula for $750,000.
Pacific Inspection inspects used tubing and drill pipe for the oil-field industry. The new 8,130-square-foot facility will accommodate expansion of its tubular reclamation yard.
Pacific Inspection already occupies a building on 5.9 acres at 106 E. Santa Maria St. in Santa Paula. In the latest real estate transaction, Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented both Pacific Inspection and the seller, John Wisda.
