McKesson Water Products Will Build Oxnard Facility

McKesson Water Products has signed a 10-year, $1-million lease agreement for construction of a 10,000-square-foot building in Oxnard that will serve as its Ventura County distribution center.
Construction of the build-to-suit structure will begin soon on Eastman Avenue in the Northfield Business Park. Work is scheduled to be completed by next June on the 1.5-acre site.
McKesson Water’s current facilities are also in Oxnard. Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented Justin Urcis Trust, the property owner, in the transaction. CB Commercial represented McKesson.
