U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware granted Montgomery Ward Holding Co. a temporary restraining order blocking Sears, Roebuck & Co. from recruiting employees from its management ranks, Montgomery Ward said. The order prohibits Sears from soliciting for employment any current Montgomery Ward manager. Montgomery Ward filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last month.
