Rains Hamper Search for Crash Victims

Searchers failed to find any more bodies after winds and heavy rains induced by Typhoon Winnie washed away roads leading to the wreckage of a crashed Korean Air jetliner, officials said. Investigators were said to be winding down their work at the crash site. Officials said the investigation would continue for the next several months in a laboratory in Washington, where some evidence from the scene had been taken. Flight 801, with 254 aboard, slammed into a hillside jungle last week, killing 226 people.
