Industrial Park Construction Scheduled

FOOTHILL RANCH — Parkstone Cos. and Foothill Ranch Co. said Wednesday that they are jointly developing an $18-million industrial park in the 370-acre Foothill Corporate Centre.
The 16-acre, 275,000-square-foot manufacturing and corporate office development will include four buildings ranging from 24,000 to 107,000 square feet of space.
Construction is scheduled to begin in September under direction of Ontario-based Fullmer Construction.
Foothill Ranch Co., an affiliate of Laguna Beach-based Hon Development, is the master developer of the 3,000-acre Foothill Ranch planned community. Parkstone Cos. is a Santa Ana-based real estate developer.
With the new project, work has begun on more than a million square feet of industrial facilities in Foothill Ranch since the start of the year.
