Man Shot in Arm by Wife, Police Say

HUNTINGTON BEACH — A 57-year-old man was shot in the arm by his wife late Wednesday, but police had not determined the circumstances surrounding the shooting or whether it was accidental, officials said.
Police were called to the home in the 18900 block of Chesapeake Lane about 10:20 p.m. and found the victim with a single gunshot wound to his upper arm. The injury was not life-threatening, officials said.
The woman was being questioned by police at the scene but was not arrested. The couple’s names were not immediately released.
