Panel Will Discuss the Need for NEA

“Do We Need a National Endowment for the Arts?,” a free panel discussion, will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Hollywood Bowl Museum.
Scheduled speakers include Laura Zucker, executive director of the Los Angeles County Arts Commission; ACLU spokesman Alan Parachini, who formerly covered the NEA for the Los Angeles Times; and Tomas Benitez, director of East L.A.’s Self-Help Graphics.
