IRVINE — Aviation Distributors Inc. said Thursday its second-quarter financial report to the Securities and Exchange Commission eliminates a $240,000 transaction that was reported when the company publicly announced its quarterly performance last month.
The changes do not affect the company’s previously reported profit of $608,000, equal to 20 cents a share. The adjustments reduced second-quarter revenue to $10.1 million from $10.3 million. The deleted $240,000 transaction will be booked for the third quarter, company officials said.
Aviation Distributors is a major aircraft parts supplier, serving major commercial airlines worldwide.
